All orders ship via registered mail and fully insured. If an order is lost during transport then we will for example be able to issue a full refund or re-send your order. Add to pending order:
You can use this shipping method to add items to an existing order or backorder that has not yet shipped. Note that all existing and added orders will automatically be placed on hold until they are ready to ship together in one single package. Please email or call to tell us the order number you want to add the items to. Shipping cost: the first 50 grams are free. For higher weights the shipping charge is 1,19 cents per gram.

Local pickups at our warehouse:

It is possible to pick up orders locally at our warehouse in Berlin. Please note:

A minimum order amount of 30 Euro applies. The minimum order amount only applies to local pickups; there is no minimum order amount for normal orders.

Select 'Abholung (kein Versand)' as shipping method. This option will appear once a German address is saved in your profile and the minimum order amount has been reached.
