The Dyna Comp is a compressor that lets you set a maximum output level and the sensitivity at which it kicks in. This device can produce that percussive, clicky sound on a clean guitar that you've heard on so many pop hits. It can also even out the volume of sustained tones for mellow lead work.

The Phase 90 contributed to the unbelievable tones on “Eruption,” “Ain’t Talkin’ ‘Bout Love,” “On Fire,” and “Atomic Punk,” plus many other timeless Van Halen tracks. The tones that EVH got on that classic record are among the greatest ever, and a huge part of Eddie‘s guitar sound has always been the MXR Phase 90.

Back by popular demand, the MXR flanger creates a variety of wild sounds from dynamic jet plane or cool space effects to short delay, chorus and vibrato. Back off Width to zero to disengage auto-sweep, then use the Manual knob to physically place the effect anywhere along the frequency spectrum.

The MXR Gran Torino Boost Overdrive utilizes MOSFET technology and delivers warm, organic overdrive sounds in the style of classic tube amps. The Gran Torino features simple yet effective tone controls that allow you to adapt the sound to a wide variety of setups. Setting it up is incredibly easy: Simply adjust the desired master volume and gain level, then fine-tune it with the 3-band EQ. Finally, select the desired mode with the BOOST/OD switch: Boost for clean notes and rich sustain, OD for aggressive, full-throttle overdrive.
