NUX B6 Saxophone Wireless System

This digital audio transmission kit operates on the open 2.4 GHz band and delivers a high-resolution 24-bit signal at 44.1 kHz. Its range is up to 20 meters with a latency of less than 4 ms. Each B6 pair features an automatic and fast pairing system. The built-in rechargeable batteries provide up to 7 hours of battery life and can be quickly recharged using the included USB Y-cable or the included Power Case charging module. The kit provides up to 3 charging cycles for a transmitter/receiver set. An auto-sleep mode conserves battery power after 10 minutes of inactivity.

The NUX B6 is designed for saxophonists. The transmitter is equipped with a flexible clamp that can be adjusted to fit any instrument. This system allows for easy and secure attachment with a simple hand movement. The condenser electret microphone is mounted using a patented suspension that reduces unwanted resonance and key clatter. The practical gooseneck format allows the microphone capsule to be easily aligned to the center of the bell, depending on the saxophone model. The transmitter also offers the option of selecting from three modes, depending on the saxophone (soprano, alto, tenor), with a simple button press, allowing adjustment of the frequency response and equalization. The different modes are color-coded for quick selection: green for alto, yellow for tenor, and red for soprano.
