Power Switch wiring

The 4-pin Marshall power switch can be wired to replace the earlier 5-pin type. The 5-pin type used an extra wire that connected the voltage selector switch to illuminate the neon bulb in the switch. In the 4-pin switch, the neon bulb is wired across terminals 11 and 24 (the brass terminals. Terminal numbering refers to the picture). This eliminates the need for the 5th wire. This wire can be completely removed from the amplifier when the new switch is installed.
