The MAX1044CSA is a monolithic, CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converters that invert, double, divide, or multiply a positive input voltage.

DC/DC Converter DIP8. The MAX660CPA monolithic, charge-pump voltage inverter converts a .5V to .5V input to a corresponding-1.5V to -5.5V output. Using only two low-costcapacitors, the charge pump's 100mA output replaces switching regulators, eliminating inductors and their associated cost, size, and EMI. The MAX660 is a pin-compatible, high-current upgrade of the ICL7660.

ICL7660CPA Plus, made my Maxim. DC/DC Converter 1,5-10V DIP8. The ICL7660 is a monolithic, CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter that inverts, doubles, divides, or multiplies a positive input voltage. It is pin compatible with the industry-standard ICL7660. Operation is guaranteed from 1,5V to 10V with no external diode over the full temperature range. It delivers 10mA with a 0,5V output drop. The ICL7660 combines low quiescent current and high efficiency. Oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. Applications include generating a -5V supply from a +5V logic supply to power analog circuitry.
