Tube Vibration Dampening Ring for octal tubes. Wraps around the pins of the tube and is sandwiched between the socket and the tube. This is the spot where most of the vibrational noise is generated, so these rings actually work much more effectively than the other dampening rings you may already know which wrap around the body of the tube.
